We are a Sports Injury clinic, located at Malvern RFC. Our Therapists are all degree qualified and have experience working with a range of individuals, from the general population to professional athletes. 

Our Therapists are trained in a variety of treatments including sports massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, MET's and joint mobilisations.

As MSK specialists we work with you to locate the source of your pain and personalise your rehabilitation and treatment to effectively target this.


Clinic Manager

Emma graduated from the University of Worcester with a first-class honours’ degree in Sports Therapy.​

Currently Emma is the Lead Therapist for Malvern RFC providing soft tissue treatments, injury assessments, rehabilitation and first aid to the 1st XV, mini’s and youth. She is also the Sports Therapist for the World Kickboxing Federation’s UK Team.

Emma's previous work includes Worcester Warriors Academy, Worcester City FC, Valencia Basketball Academy, Worcester Wolves and London Marathon.

Besides her work in sport, Emma helps the general population who struggle with back pain, shoulder pain and common niggles, implementing personalised rehabilitation and treatments to target the source of the pain and reduce symptoms.

Jess Hilu

Graduate Sports Therapist

Jess is a recent Sports Therapy Graduate from the University of Worcester.

From her time at University, Jess has experience treating the general population with work-related, postural and sports-related problems. 


During her final year at University, Jess worked with Malvern RFC, providing injury assessments, rehabilitation and soft tissue treatments to senior and colts players. She has also volunteered at the Worcester half marathon - providing free post-run massages.

Jess enjoys planning and implementing personalised rehabilitation plans to help people return to their pre-injury levels.
